Cheerleading

Tumbling
Tumbling — also known as floor gymnastics — is a form of gymnastics performed without any specialised equipment… usually just a soft or sprung mat! Stunts like backflips, handsprings, somersaults, and tucks are shown on the floor using tumbling mats for added cushion.

What is cheerleading? All Star Cheer is a high-energy, team-based, performance sport that is athletic, artistic and acrobatic. It involves athletes competing with a 2.5 minute routine composed of tumbling, stunting, pyramids, jumps & dance. Plié have been part of the All Star Cheer & Dance world since 2013, and have won 46 National Titles & 57 State Titles over the past 11 years.
Tumbling is an alternative to gymnastics classes, focusing purely on floor components- cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings & twisting skills.
All their coaches are fully accredited in both tumbling & cheerleading.
Plié has been recognised as the National Most Outstanding Performing Arts Business at the Australian Women’s Business Awards in 2023 & has won the local business awards a total of 12 times!

Manly Warringah Gymnastics Club is one of the largest gymnastic facilities in NSW. They are among the few that offer a full gymnastics setup, a trampoline room, and a specialised parkour area.
They deliver programs that are suitable for people of all ages and abilities and offer a great 50-week opt-in-opt-out model, so you aren’t committed for a full term and can join and leave as you desire.
Early Childhood Development – they have revamped their program! In 2025, they will be delivering Sweet Peas Educational Gymnastics. This program differs from other gym offerings as Early Childhood Learning Experts have designed it. Everything from the class length, the skills taught, the focus areas, and music have carefully been selected to ensure the best environment for your child and yourself to develop together.
Recreational Gymnastics, Tumbling & Trampolining – they have a brand new program similar to what you might see at a swimming school. They have different stages that each gymnast will progress through, with a clear focus on the development of skills to ensure later skills can be achieved. Their Senior Coaches have designed this new program. Their Recreational classes are extremely FUN, but they can guarantee each attendee will leave with new skills to show off to their friends and family outside of the gym!
FreeG – Combining Parkour, Ninja and Tricking, these classes are high energy and thrill all attendees. It is a very popular class for boys and girls.
